How tacky. THe wedding would have happened without the freebies, and just what if Star, after recieving these things, did not make a special donation to a charity? Media is messy.

those companies have the nerve to want money from her. shammmmmmmeeeeee on them they donated their items to her just to be in the lime light, and got their lil fame. people will always remember what they did provide for her wedding but to say it makes hem look bad cause her relation didnt work out so who made them god oh we gonna sue you for some free things we gave her im sure she didnt beg yall lay off the lady. i love star jones fat or skinny married or single….

Not one of your best. Just read the paper or watch the news to know that 5 out 6 celeb marriages end before the 1st year is out. The Peoples News Responds: You're obviously not a watcher of "The View." The point of the story wasn't the divorce. Yes, celebrities get divorced all the time. But very few of them agree to accept freebees from wedding vendors in exchange for promoting them on air. Star went on and on about her wedding on "The View." She was heavily criticized for this and, as our story and other media outlets have noted, this led to her termination from "The View."
